Please be advised that AssociatesMD is currently merging Plantation clinics into a brand new, State-of-the-Art facility. As this exciting project is underway, our clinics located in the Plantation Medical Arts Building (350 NW 84^th Avenue), Suites 200 A&B will be closed, effective March 30, 2022. The following physicians will be seeing patients at a nearby location temporarily.
