Good morning my name is Casilda B. Diaz. Dr. Estrada really good doctor. She knows what she’s doing. She care about the patient but there’s only one thing that you guys lacking off meaning that in a scale off 1 to 10 being 10 good and 1 poor I gave you a one why because it’s really hard the communication in the office in the administration, the main office to get the appointment is really hard and there’s not a direct number to the office with Dr. straight you have to go in person and talk to them and that’s not good so please address that and the other thing you should get some music some instrumental music to the office and people are using the phones in the office and talking so loud and you should address that thank you very much. Otherwise I give a five star to Dr. Estrada not to the office.

Very professional, she doesn't miss a thing, helps with free sample meds. if available. I changed insurance and now have to pay $40 co pay each time I see her as she is out of my network but it's well worth it.

It was my first visit to this emergency center and I highly recommend it. I almost didn’t wait before being received by the nurse, very pleasant, smiling and very professional. Same with the doctor who examined me. I felt confident, with additional examination prescriptions and painkillers. The entire staff is very welcoming, everything is well organized and the premises are very clean. If I have a medical emergency again, that’s where I’ll go.

Very concern about my health

Having been Dr. Katanick's patient for over 20 years, I can say that every experience with my visits, whether in person or via a telemed conference, have always been exactly what I needed, medically and personally. This particular conference came when I had just been discharged from hospital after major open heart surgery. Apart from wanting Dr.Katanick to be aware of my new medications and my condition, I needed a nurse to be requested to be sent to my home to continue my treatment. Dr.Katanick ordered that right away, and the next day the nurse came and treated me. Dr. Katanick has always know what I needed at the moment, and I trust her completely with my medical treatment. I cannot think of any other physician upon whom I could place more trust.

I wish i can give her 10 stars. She's one of a kind, very personable, caring and patient. I will continue bringing friends and family to see her.

Deteriorated place. Used to go a few years back and was great under Dr Maric. Went for an annual check and was told had to do a consultation first (charged as a sick visit) as the doctor "did not know me", Ridiculous. I explained the nurse and receptionist i had been there several times, I even have my results from my online portal from previous visits, yet they insisted did not have records of any visit. Very bad attention and mood from everyone, only interested in charging more. Never going again

The environment was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Nurse Nini, Office Manager Nathalie (or Natali), and Dr. Carolyn Maldonado-Garcia. Dr. Maldonado-Garcia was direct, observant, a great listener, and both kind and approachable.

Jeff is the best medical professional I have ever met. He is compassionate knowledgeable, and 100% professional… I have never felt such good care in my life. I think he and his team take time and care to make sure everything is checked and that if there’s an issue they have referred me to specialist that have been the best in the industry as well… I am only with insurance company that I utilize because of Jeff and his team it is more expensive than the insurance companies offered elsewhere. However, it is 100% worth extra expense to have such incredible amd amazing care. There’s plenty of doctors and offices to go to…people have choices to make… My loyalty and support go to this team. They are a true asset to the practice. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Dr Santiuste is very kind and helpful. She truly cares for her patients and I feel well taken care of. Allyson and Anay are truly the stars of this office. They always help me check in and check out very quick and price me with all my tests and appointments I need. They are truly great. The office will not be the same without these ladies.

Loved my experience, Dr. Maldonado-Garcia is so personable w/ great bedside manner. She is super knowledgeable and able to clearly answer any questions/concerns you may have. She's also very patient and makes you comfortable to ask questions if anything you dont fully understand. Also love how responsive she is circling back after visits. It's been my 2nd visit with her as my GP and will continue to return.

My experience with Dr. Ramsay was positive. She took time to explain my condition and give options. My negative issues with Associates MD is trying to get referrals to Dr. Dabul for over a month.

Always a joy with a friendly team making my office visits something that I look forward to.

If you are concerned about any test results and want a response quickly I would not advise using this practice. I had an x-ray done at their location and had to call and follow up after a week because the doctor had not called me to discuss. In addition I had an MRI with POM that was sent "stat" back to the doctor within 24 hrs on Jan 31 and after 10 days I had to call the location to see if results had been sent. POM had to send them to me directly because no doctor had called as of Feb 10. That same day, the doctor's office called to schedule "review of my MRI" and informed me the doctor had been "out all week". I asked for a review via phone to which they told me they could not. Again if you are concerned and want analysis of your test quickly this is not the place.

Ms. Luce Solari-Suprena is always thorough, follows up on results and previous treatments, and takes time to evaluate the patient as a while person. She goes way beyond any other provider I've seen in the past. The office staff and nurses are super nice, as well. I highly recommend this office at the Margate location!

Lo mas que me gusta de la Dra. Kirenia es que ella toma su tiempo para escuchar por la razon es la visita, te hace un chequeo completo, y tiene empatia hacia tu preocupacion. Te hace recomienda cualquier examen que deberia tener, para asi, tener una mejor idea de cual seria el diagnostico o la razon de los malestare. La recomiendo a todos mis amigos/ familiares.

Dr. Berg has been wonderful over the years. The staff has issues. I had to reschedule an appointment because I did not get the Lab paperwork in time to get it scheduled to make my appointment. When I checked out of the office in Oct, I asked for the lab paperwork and I was told it would be sent to me before the appointment so I could schedule at LabCorp to get blood drawn. It did not happen. When I called to get the paperwork, I was told 24 hours to get return call and it took 3 days to get that call and get emailed the lab paperwork. I had to push my appointment out because of that, and I had a prescription expire and the refill got refused because it had been over 3 months since I last saw Dr. Berg, but that was not my fault I had to push the appointment out. This is not the first time things like this have happened. Also, about 70% of the time, I always get called in to the room after my appointment time and then wait on average over 15 minutes before I see Dr. Berg. I go out of my way to travel to see Dr. Berg from my work, but I am considering finding someone closer to my work now.

We really like Dr Ramsey. She really cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to answer all our questions. Super nice doctor.

I had a 9am appointment at a urologist but they declined to see me because they did not receive a referral. I had a 2:30 appointment with Jeff spindler but he saw me in the morning which saved me about 4 hours. Thank you for being flexible
