Medicare’s Annual Election Period is here again, and we want you to be aware of some very important information as you consider your health plan options for next year:
Your AssociatesMD Primary Care Physician will be accepting Original Medicare and the following high-quality Medicare Advantage health plans from:
- Cigna
- Doctor’s Health
- Solis
- Preferred Care Partners
- (We will not be accepting Preferred Care Network, formerly known as Medica)
- HealthSun
- Simply
- (Most plans, not including “Platinum”)
- AvMed
- (most plans, not including “AvMed ONE”)
- Original Medicare alone or with any supplement
- United Health / AARP
No matter which Medicare health plan you currently have, your plans’ benefits will be different next year. These changes can impact your out-of-pocket expenses, your prescription drug coverage, and the doctors and hospitals you can access. Please learn about these plans, which we will be accepting next year, and choose the one among them that best fits your individual needs. The Annual Election Period begins on October the 15th and ends on December the 7th.
