Although I do not see the doctor at the appointed time (there's usually a wait), I understand that it is because she is taking her time. When we discuss my issues, I do not feel rushed. This is a plus. Dr. Peralta is not cookie-cutter.

Dr Ramsey is always informative. I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions. Not thrilled with the administrative part if the practice. I was running late and called the office if they would give me a few extra minutes with out making me reschedule and i asked them to ask the dr as office manager did mot make herself available. I was told if i arrived past the 15 min allowed i would have to reschedule. I was asking for 18 minutes just in case and they said no. Fortunately i arrived on time. But it eas very stressful trying ti get there on time and the admin showed no compassion. Very unsettling. If it weren’t for dr Ramsey i would leave the practice.

Dr. Estrada is a zealous advocate for her patients. She handles the modern pressure put on doctors rather well and is not afraid to do proper physical examinations, a trait surprisingly lacking in modern medicine. Above the medical aspect of her doctorate, you can tell by speaking with her that she is a true academic and highly intelligent. She can hold conversation very well and will thoroughly investigate any medical concerns that you may have. It is absolutely despicable seeing doctors working 15-minute patient rotations without a scribe or assistant. This quite literally kills doctors, and if it fails to kill them it eats away at their motivation. But, beyond our nation's unwillingness to free physicians from this never-ending cycle of abuse, Dr. Estrada has shown that her only concern when I am in the exam room is my health and well-being. Allow this physician either more time per patient or a scribe, allow her more time to do great work. “The greatest opportunity offered by AI is not reducing errors or workloads, or even curing cancer: it is the opportunity to restore the precious and time-honored connection and trust—the human touch—between patients and doctors. This was my third visit with Dr. Escobar. He is friendly, warm, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He explained the results of my Eco-Cardiogram. Provider took the time to review my lab work results with me in detail. She also patiently listened to me explain the problems and symptoms I am having, provide me with health advise and come up with a treatment plan and prescribe medications to help me feel better. Overall I had a great experience.

This Doctor didn’t help me at all. I told him I needed FMLA papers for work and a restriction paper filled out and he looked confused and told me he had never filled one out and didn’t even understand how to fill it out. Then I asked him for a 2 day doctors note because my shoulder is in pain and needs rest and he refused! I have never had such a bad an experience with a doctor like I did with him and don’t want to see him ever again! I will call my insurance and let them know too!

For the first time in a long time they were on point!!! I did not have to wait forever !!! I was also able to get a same day appt which is nearly impossible … Office was empty and the doctors were on time I was able to get in and out … this is how it should go , not waiting in a room for 45 mins then see a doctor who’s mind is in a million places … not sure if it was a fluke or if i got Lucky but it was awesome !!!! I always see Jeff and he’s very kind and knowledgeable that’s why i like him .. I’ve seen other doctors and they are good as well but i always try and get Jeff when possible ….

Jennifer is fantastic. She has been my medical provider since I moved to Florida 5 years ago and have been pleased with the services I have received every time. One of the things I love about Jennifer is how we talk thru all of my concerns and come up with a plan, together. Jennifer takes the approach of know the issue and not just treating things with a “proverbial “ bandage. I have felt comfortable with her since our first meeting and have my daughter using her also. Definitely a great fit for me!

Dr. Saltz is very to her patients. She always takes time to listen to anything I have to say, even if it's not related directly with to my health. In 25 years that I have been treated in the US, Dr. Saltz is the only doctor I have been able to communicate with by moblie texting. I consider this type of communication outstanding: she sets the bar beyond most doctor-patient relationships.

This is where I had my last DOT exam, and I came back because the staff, including Dr. Susan Nelson, is really friendly and nice. I would recommend it to everyone. The biggest issue with the medical card is during the physical exam; all drivers get really nervous. But here, they make you feel so comfortable that it doesn’t happen. It's very quick, and they're open all week until 6 PM, including weekends, making it convenient to go.

Dr. Peralta took such good care of my problem, which involved my swelling lower leg because of excess fluid which builds up and seeps thru my skin if I don't wear my support hose. She bandaged and covered the area. Needless to say, I was very appreciative of her care, and will remember to always to wear my support hose, and elevate my legs whenever possible.

I do think the office staff needs some guidance as I reached out to them for assistance due to low blood pressure readings. Even though the call center answered they were unable to provide me with the proper assistance and thought I was calling for refills. The person who took the call did not understand nor spoke good English. I was very surprised of the response and actions taken. Ended up speaking with the office manager who eventually got me to the Dr. Teltzer who was able to answer my concerns. I told my story 3 times.

He was my Dr back in 2023 and he was ok when he finally saw me. If your appointment was for 9am but he would come on the exam room at 10am. He is not a proactive Dr and really did not help me with my diabetes. Then he deactivated my account but never sent me a letter that he dismissed me as a patient!!!!!

She is a very nice professional person. I really enjoy her being my ANP.

Nice visit. Received notifications to confirm. Sign in was pleasant. Waiting time minimal close to appointment time. (Approx. 5-10 min wait). Check-in was also pleasant and courteous. Dr. Fernandez listened patiently and attentively. Checkout and scheduling was prompt and easy.

She was a nice friendly Dr I feel like I needed more medication due to my eyes are itchy and watering I feel a cough and stuffy nose today .The pharmacist wondered why the eye drops were not prescribed how the pills were recommended . Then no meds for the stuffy nose that is now going. Down to my throat and a cough is starting . The 2 tests the nurse said she would be back in 20 min and it was not even 5 minutes . I need more meds ?? I feel Tired and aches . Sincerely

I usually have difficulty with drawing blood but Kiyler was excellent and I felt nothing. When I looked down, the blood vials were full!! Amazing! I really appreciate that I don't have to go elsewhere to have blood drawn!! Dr. Berg is very kind and listens and shows great empathy. I am sure she is very well educated as she went to the same university from my home town as I did. It is highly rated.
