4. Urgent Appointments – Simply call your Personal Healthcare Assistant at 954-876-9008 for help scheduling an urgent appointment with one of our physicians.
5. Our Primary Care offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (Green pins on map)

As an AssociatesMD patient aged 64+ or insured with Bright Health, you have exclusive access to a Personal Healthcare Assistant.

Your Personal Healthcare Assistant will work with you to:

• Set up your medical appointments
• Help you fill out and understand complicated medical paperwork
• Help you to work with insurance providers to determine payment options
• Schedule your annual preventive visits and specialist appointments
• Fill prescription refills
• Follow your provider’s care plan and much, much more!
